Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pixorld, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Service Description
Pixorld is a SaaS platform that analyzes video hooks and thumbnails for short-form content creators. Our AI-powered analysis evaluates the first 5 seconds of your videos and provides a hook score, signal breakdown, and actionable feedback. We also offer thumbnail comparison battles to identify the most click-worthy thumbnail.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use Pixorld beyond the free tier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. One account per person — shared or automated accounts are not permitted.
Acceptable Use
You may only upload content that you own or have the right to analyze. You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms or AI prompts. You may not use automated tools to submit analyses at scale without a Pro subscription.
Subscriptions & Billing
Free accounts are limited to 3 analyses per month. Pro subscriptions provide unlimited analyses and additional features. Pro is available in three billing periods: Monthly ($19/mo), Semiannual ($99/6mo), and Annual ($169/yr). International payments are processed via Stripe (credit card). Brazilian payments are processed via AbacatePay (PIX). You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the videos and thumbnails you upload. Pixorld does not claim ownership of your content. Our analysis results, scoring algorithms, AI prompts, and interface design are proprietary to Pixorld. You may share your analysis results publicly but may not misrepresent them as coming from another service.
Limitation of Liability
Pixorld provides analysis as an informational tool only. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will improve your video performance. Hook scores and thumbnail rankings are AI-generated assessments and should be used as one input among many in your content strategy. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on our analysis.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Upon deletion, all your data (analyses, account information) will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
