Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address via Clerk authentication), uploading videos for analysis, and making purchases. We also collect usage data such as analysis history, feature usage, and interaction patterns to improve our service.
AI Video & Thumbnail Processing
When you upload a video or thumbnails for analysis, we extract frames from the first 5 seconds of your video and send them to our AI service for visual analysis. These frames are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored. Audio may be temporarily processed for transcription. Your original video files are deleted from our servers immediately after frame extraction. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication (Clerk) and analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand how users interact with our service. We do not sell your data to third parties or use tracking for advertising purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Pixorld: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (international payment processing), AbacatePay (Brazilian payment processing via PIX), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Neon (database hosting). Each service has its own privacy policy governing data handling.
Data Retention
Analysis results (scores, signals, feedback) are retained in your account history until you delete them or delete your account. Video files are never stored — only extracted analysis data is kept. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Account Settings page.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your analysis history, delete individual analyses from your dashboard, or delete your entire account from Account Settings. For data access requests or concerns, contact us at privacy@pixorld.com.
